Bookitinerary has all rights reserves to change those prices without any prior notice in this regard.

While booking a trip with Bookitinerary, it is mandatory to deposit a minimal amount as a token to us, after that we will proceed with the further booking procedures. Those payments made in advance are non-refundable, non-transferrable and interest-free payment. Our executive and travel advisors will determine the final amount which is still not done by you, their verdict will be the conclusion on the payment terms. Your invoice will mention all the payment information. The payments would be made taking Goods and Service tax (GST) under consideration and will be applicable whenever it is mandatory.

While booking with us, there are some services and airfare which is needed to be paid in advance, which will even fall in the category of on-refundable, non-transferrable and interest-free payment. If any changes occur, it will be intimated to the customer beforehand. However, depending on the offer and season demand and peak period the booking amount could also get varied without any prior notice on the site.

Our travel agent will give full detail of the payment about the advance and as well as the total amount. In any case, if you have booked your trip with Bookitinerary via the third party, then small changes might occur.

Bookitinerary has the right to forfeit the booking amount and recover the cancellation charge of the trip. The event on which cancellation charge is applicable is (I) booking or tour cancelled by the customer (II) non-adherence of the payment schedule as imitated by our travel advisor to the client.

The payment to Bookitinerary is to be made via credit card, debit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer. The client must provide all with all the bank transaction details so that we can verify the payment made in our account. As per the latest government rule, our customers need to provide us with photocopies of their income tax PAN card for all the booking made above Rs 25,000.
