1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise lines, and other service partners.
  • A booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
  • The balance payment must be completed before the due date mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

  • Every traveler must hold a valid passport with the required validity as per the destination country's regulations.
  • Obtaining a visa and ensuring all travel documents are valid is the traveler's responsibility unless visa services have been specifically arranged through our company.
  • Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
  • We are not responsible for any loss arising from visa refusal, delayed processing, or incorrect documentation provided by the traveler.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other approved payment methods.
  • Full payment must be received before the issuance of tickets, hotel vouchers, cruise documents, or travel confirmations.
  • Failure to make payments by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be applicable according to the airline, hotel, cruise operator, transport provider, or other service provider's cancellation policy.
  • Any non-refundable bookings will remain non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take 15–45 working days, depending on the service provider and banking process.
  • Convenience fees, processing charges, visa fees, insurance premiums, and service charges are generally non-refundable.

5. Flight Policy

  • Flight schedules and fares are controlled by the respective airlines.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, baggage loss, or missed connections caused by airlines.
  • Travelers should reach the airport well before the recommended reporting time.

6. Hotel Policy

  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the individual hotel.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Hotel classifications and star ratings are determined by the respective authorities or hotel operators.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic and international travel.
  • Insurance coverage depends on the policy purchased from the insurance provider.
  • Claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company.

8. Changes & Amendments

  • Any request for modification after confirmation is subject to availability and applicable amendment charges.
  • Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers may impose additional fees.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics or epidemics
  • War
  • Terrorism
  • Airline operational issues
  • Strikes
  • Technical failures

10. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Carrying valid identification and travel documents.
  • Complying with immigration, customs, and local laws.
  • Arriving on time for flights, tours, and transfers.
  • Following airline baggage regulations.
  • Respecting local customs and regulations.

11. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Taxes, airline surcharges, currency fluctuations, and government levies may change without prior notice.
  • Any increase imposed by suppliers before final payment may be payable by the traveler.

12. Liability

Our company acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, and visa facilitation agencies. While we strive to ensure the highest standards of service, we are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, damage, or expense caused by such third parties.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for booking and service purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Personal information will not be shared except where necessary to complete travel arrangements or where required by law.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the company is registered.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, making a payment, or using our services, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Travel Policy and Terms & Conditions.
