- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if necessary, subject to applicable laws.
3. Prices & Inclusions
- Package prices include only the services specifically listed in the itinerary or booking confirmation.
- Items not specifically mentioned—including personal expenses, optional activities, meals (unless stated), visas, travel insurance, baggage fees, and local taxes—are excluded.
- Prices may change before confirmation due to supplier pricing, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, or government levies.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in the booking confirmation.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, TCS, and other statutory levies, shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.
5. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates (if required), and other travel documents.
- The Company may assist with visa applications where requested but does not guarantee visa approval.
- The Company is not liable for losses arising from visa refusal, immigration decisions, or incomplete documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Customers are responsible for purchasing suitable insurance unless it is expressly included in the booking.
7. Changes by the Customer
- Requests for changes after confirmation are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Additional charges and fare differences may apply.
8. Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds and cancellation charges shall be governed by the applicable supplier policies and the Company's published Cancellation and Refund Policies.
9. Changes or Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, or other travel arrangements due to operational requirements, safety concerns, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond its control. Where feasible, suitable alternatives will be offered.
10. Flights & Transportation
- Flight schedules, baggage allowances, seat assignments, and operational decisions are controlled by the respective airline.
- The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, denied boarding, missed connections, baggage loss, or schedule changes caused by transport providers.
11. Hotels & Accommodation
- Hotel star ratings and facilities are determined by the respective hotel operators.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Special requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Comply with immigration, customs, and local laws.
- Respect local cultures, property, and fellow travelers.
- Follow health and safety instructions issued by authorities or service providers.
- Arrive on time for flights, transfers, tours, and other scheduled services.
13. Health & Fitness
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. Any medical condition, disability, dietary requirement, or special assistance request should be disclosed before booking.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, airline operational issues, or other force majeure events.
15. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.

- Users agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
- Content on the website is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
