2. Airline Ticket Refunds

- Promotional, discounted, special fare, or non-refundable tickets may not be eligible for any refund.
- Airline cancellation penalties, service charges, convenience fees, and applicable taxes may be deducted before processing the refund.
3. Holiday Package Refunds
If a customer cancels a confirmed holiday package, cancellation charges may apply as follows (unless otherwise specified at the time of booking):
- More than 45 days before departure: Booking fee and actual supplier charges.
- 31–45 days before departure: Up to 25% of the package cost.
- 15–30 days before departure: Up to 50% of the package cost.
- 8–14 days before departure: Up to 75% of the package cost.
- Within 7 days of departure or no-show: Up to 100% of the package cost.
Actual charges may vary depending on the policies of airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and other travel suppliers.
4. Hotel Booking Refunds
- Hotel refunds are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Non-refundable hotel bookings cannot be refunded.
- Early departure, unused nights, or no-shows are generally non-refundable unless approved by the hotel.
5. Visa Fees
- Visa processing fees, embassy fees, service charges, courier charges, and documentation fees are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the visa is approved, delayed, or refused.
6. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once the policy has been issued, unless permitted by the insurer's terms and applicable law.
7. Convenience & Service Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
- Service fees
- Booking fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Bank charges
- Currency conversion charges
- Documentation fees
- Consultation fees
- Processing fees
8. Supplier-Initiated Cancellations
If an airline, hotel, cruise operator, or other travel supplier cancels a booking:
- Refunds will be processed according to the supplier's refund policy.
- Where available, customers may choose an alternative travel date, travel credit, voucher, or refund, subject to supplier terms.
9. Force Majeure
Refunds for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, political unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, or similar events—will be governed by the policies of the respective travel suppliers. The company is not responsible for losses arising from such events.
10. Refund Processing Time
- Eligible refunds are generally processed within 15 to 45 working days after approval.
- Processing time may vary depending on the airline, hotel, supplier, bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.
- Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
11. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers should provide:
- Booking reference number
- Passenger name(s)
- Contact details
- Reason for cancellation
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
Incomplete requests may delay processing.
12. No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to report for flights, hotels, transfers, tours, cruises, or other booked services without prior cancellation may be treated as a "no-show." In such cases, refunds are generally not available unless permitted under the applicable supplier's policy.

Bookitinerary Tour and Travels Company acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel service providers. Refunds are subject to the terms, conditions, and approval of the relevant supplier. The company is not liable for any delay or refusal of refunds by third-party providers.
